We remind you that panettone cannot be shipped but only picked up.

VOUCHERS can be sent by post for a surcharge of £2.00 to the recipient you have filled in the form.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

 

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be sent within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email us at office@trinacriayork.uk to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and take your return to the following address:

Please note that by shipping the Panettone you will be responsible for any damage and for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you hand return the Panettone to our restaurant.

 

REIMBURSEMENT

Once we have received your return and checked the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days of receiving your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

  • open packages
  • damaged
